VHA Inc., the national health care alliance, today introduced MasterLink™, an easy-to-use Web-based software tool for ongoing analysis of supply costs and charges. MasterLink was co-developed by VHA and Accuro Healthcare Solutions, the single-source provider of advanced revenue management tools, to help VHA members accurately and efficiently link patient charges with supply costs so they can improve the capture of billable expenses.

MasterLink, which is designed to use data from VHA's Global Spend Analysis and Accuro's CodeCorrect CDM, provides VHA members with a common and consistent framework for linking purchasing and charge information so they can identify discrepancies and take steps to make sure they are accurately reimbursed for their expenses.
In addition, MasterLink will provide members with timely pricing information and help them provide accurate and consistent mark-up across all departments so they can improve charge capture for billable supplies.
