  • Flexible Medical Care
    Employees have the choice of three health plans with varying levels of coverage and deductibles to meet your personal needs

  • Vision Care
    Covers one annual eye exam and reimbursement for one pair of glasses or contacts per person, every two years.

  • Dental Care
    Choose a basic plan or a plan that pays a higher level of benefits, including orthodontia

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account
    Lowers your taxable income by reimbursing eligible and out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pretax basis up to $5,000 per year.

  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
    Lets you lower your taxable income by reimbursing eligible day care and elder care expenses on a pretax basis - up to $5,000 per year, per household

  • 401(k) Plan
    Lets you defer up to 100 percent of your pretax salary dollars. MedAssets matches 50% of the first 6% you contribute.

  • Roth 401(k)
    Lets you defer post-tax dollars to save for retirement.  Company matches 50% of the first 6% you contribute.  Works in conjunction with the 401(k) plan.

  • Financial Planning Services
    Provided through Vanguard, you have access to various levels of expert financial planning services to help you achieve your retirement goals.

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
    Lets you purchase MedAssets stock at a reduced price through payroll deductions
     
  • Paid Time Off
    Time off accrues throughout the year. Once time is accrued, it can be used for vacations, sick time, or other personal reasons. The accrual amount is based on length of MedAssets service.

  • Heart and Soul Program
    Take five days off per year to volunteer for an eligible cause that has meaning to you.
     
  • Paid Holidays
    Full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays per year
     
  • Life Insurance
    Full-time employees automatically are covered by basic life insurance.  Through the benefits program, you are able to purchase additional coverage for yourself, and for your spouse/domestic partner and children. Accidental death and dismemberment coverage is available as well.
     
  • Disability
    Includes short-term disability if you are unable to work for an extended period of time and long-term disability after you are unable to work for longer periods of time.
     
  • Voluntary Insurance Programs
    MedAssets provides employees with an opportunity to increase his/her term and universal life insurance coverage through convenient payroll deductions. Also offered is voluntary critical illness coverage.
     
  • Compensation Programs
    MedAssets pay philosophy is to target total compensation, be highly competitive in the market, and to pay for performance. There are many opportunities to add to base pay, such as merit increases and promotions.
     
  • Performance Based Bonus Plan
    MedAssets has an annual bonus plan that rewards employees based on the company’s performance (to reward team success) and individual performance (to reward your contributions to that success).
